Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders, most of the styles include free shipping. In case of chargeable international orders, the shipping charges differs per piece/style, which you can check before checkout.
For domestic orders, applicable taxes are included as per regulations unless stated otherwise. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, if applicable, will need to be borne by the customer.
Shipping address changes can only be requested before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the style, location, and availability. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shared after order confirmation.
Yes, you can collect your online order from our Kashveen Kohli studio.
Yes, you can place an order from outside India for delivery within India, as long as the shipping address is within our serviceable locations.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Our courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their policy. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns on products once sold. Each piece is made with care and in limited quantities.
We do not provide any refund, only exchange. For the terms of exhange, please check our refund & exchange section in the menu.
In special cases, a refund is offered irrespective of the type of purchase when:
The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.
We do not accept returns on international orders. Please contact our Customer Care for further assistance.

Payment & Security
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking service of all major banks. We also accept wallet payments. For special cases, we allow bank deposit (NEFT / cash deposit) of order amount prior to order confirmation. Please contact our Customer Care to know more.
If your transaction fails, please wait for a few minutes and check whether the amount has been debited. If the payment was deducted and the order was not confirmed, please contact customer care with your transaction details.
If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact your bank immediately and also inform our customer care team with the relevant details.

No, there’s no limit. Shop your heart out! For bulk purchase queries, please contact our Customer Care.
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time!

Selected styles may be available on a made-to-order basis. Availability will be mentioned on the product page or can be confirmed with our team.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.
