We ship orders within India.
For international orders, most styles include free shipping. In case a style has chargeable international shipping, the shipping cost will vary depending on the piece and will be visible before checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
As most of our pieces are made with care and may be produced in limited quantities, we currently do not offer returns.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received an incorrect item
- There is a genuine manufacturing defect
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue.
Once the product is reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We will not be able to accept exchanges for:
- Minor variation in colour due to screen settings or photography
- Issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer
- Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
